About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant at RAL Community Care, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in residential care homes, nursing homes, supported living services, and other healthcare settings.

Working alongside healthcare professionals and support teams, you will assist individuals with their daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Your compassion, professionalism, and commitment will help ensure every individual receives safe, respectful, and responsive care tailored to their needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.

  • A commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

  • A willingness to complete all mandatory compliance requirements before commencing work.


Experience: Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who are new to the care sector and are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives.


Please Note: Successful applicants will be required to complete all mandatory training and obtain an Enhanced DBS check where applicable. The cost of the required training and DBS application is the responsibility of the candidate.
